Corona Rotary LobsterFest 6/3

Thank you very much for serving as the LEAD for your Volunteer Group.  Corona Rotary Club could not host our Lobsterfest event without its generous Volunteers!  Your organization, ERHS X-Country has been assigned to the Site Beautification.  Kevin Button is the Corona Rotary Leader for their assignment. Your volunteers will complete their shift at 9:00 pm.
VOLUNTEER PARKING:  There will be a Parking Lot reserved for volunteers on the right side of Buena Vista Avenue and ¼ block north of Sixth Street.  There is a crosswalk at that location for crossing into the Lobsterfest event site.  All volunteers must enter through this location.  Call Linda White’s cell at 951-532-7310 if you have any questions on where your volunteers should park or enter into the event location.

EVENT LOCATION:  The event is taking place on the grass area located south of the Corona City Hall located at 400 S. Vicentia Avenue, Corona, CA  92882 (bordered by Buena Vista Avenue and Vicentia Avenues just north of Sixth Street).

VOLUNTEER BBQ PRIOR TO THE EVENT: Our Volunteers are invited to our Volunteer BBQ that will take place from 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm at the event site.  Volunteers will then be directed to their volunteer locations where they will be introduced to the Corona Rotary Member that is in charge of your volunteer assignments.  Specific directions will be given to each group as they differ from one location to another.

VOLUNTEER WAIVER FORMS: Attached is a copy of the Lobsterfest Volunteer Waiver form.  Each volunteer must have a completed form prior to volunteering.  If the volunteer is a minor, the form must be signed by a parent or guardian.  You may print out your needed forms or you can email me back with the requested number of forms and I will mail them directly to you.  If you’d prefer this option, please include your mailing address in your reply.

To speed things up on the day of the event, please collect the Completed Waiver Forms from your volunteers and give them to the Volunteer Check-in individuals as a group.  I will have blank forms if needed.

VOLUNTEER WRIST BANDS:  All Volunteers will be given a blue wrist band that they are required to wear while they are in attendance.  In addition, all Volunteers under the age of 21 are required to wear a red wrist band.  I will provide you with these wrist bands upon check in.

Please call me at 951-532-7310 or email me with any questions.
