I will be in my office ALL DAY working on cleaning up our order on Monday, send them with a pass to see me if they have any questions.
✅I have emailed all students WHO are still UNDECIDED and let them know they must decided ASAP…if not I will change it to a NO on WEDNESDAY and they will be forced to pay a late fee of $40 later if they decide to take it.
✅I have emailed you all your TR roster of students who have paid and not registered.

Quick updated:
✅ I have received the list of those student who qualify for Fee Waiver, if they indicate they qualify for FRL through Total Registration, I will approve them, if not they are denied.
✅What if we have students who applied for FRL?
- Students are still getting approved…so what do we do with the deadline looming.
- Have those students indicate YES they will be taking the exam IN COLLEGE BOARD, this way they will avoid a $40.00 late fee if they get approved AND/OR denied and still decide to proceed with full payment.
✅If they have any questions please email me ASAP, this Monday I will spend pulling in students whose order is still incomplete!
✅Free and Reduced Lunch Discount…I am currently waiting for a list from the DO that will enable me to “approve” students in totalregistration in order for them to receive the exam at a discounted rate. The following message was sent to families last week…encourage any student who believes they qualify to APPLY. Although all students in the state of California receive free lunch, it doesn’t necessarily mean they qualify for a discounted exam.
- Fee waivers are available for students who qualify for free/reduced lunch. Students qualifying for a waiver will pay $6 for each exam. If you would like to apply for free/reduced lunch to then qualify for a waiver, apply online through CNUSD Child Nutrition Services. If you qualify for a waiver, be aware registering and paying on Total Registration is a two part process. When asked if you qualify for a waiver or free/reduced lunch, check “yes.” Complete the registration process. You will receive a message indicating that your registration is on hold until your waiver status is verified. You will be notified via email when your request is approved.
